Our client is an SME logistics company. They operate across diverse market segments andthis role reports into the FD but working closely with the owners.
Position
Our client requires an Financial Accountant to prepare nominated month-end journals, P&L variance analysis, supporting working papers and balance sheet reconciliations. The role also requires someone to ensure Accounts Receivable and Payable journals are posted daily. Additional responsibilities include assisting with annual audit requirements, banking and cash flow reviews, overseeing the Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable function and other ad-hoc tasks/projects.
Profile
The ideal candidate will be qualified or nearly qualified with a minimum of two years' experience.
Candidates must also have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. It is essential that you have the drive, energy and a pro-active approach to take ownership of this role and drive it forward. A proven ability to build effective relationships and superior communication style is necessary.
