Financial Services business require a Financial Controller to manage three areas; FP&A, Financial Reporting and Treasury. The team is currently 9 Accountants including 3 Finance Managers. This is a great opportunity to use your existing accounting knowledge as well as strong interpersonal skills to drive and motivate a team as well as manage and monitor a number of projects.

This role will be based in the West End and will have strong strategic and FP&A angle along with preparing the Group's annual statutory accounts to ensure compliance with accounting regulations.

The technical accounting responsibilities are supported by qualified accountants. The role also includes responsibility for the monthly board pack reporting performed by the FP&A team and the monthly regulatory reporting and monitoring of regulatory capital of the group, supported by the regulatory accountant. You will further require the ability to manage and monitor a number of projects concurrently.

Your experience must be from a Bank either Retail or Investment. You are likely to have come from an ACA audit background followed by a position managing staff in Financial Services. You will have a hands on approach and the ability to business partner with senior people in the organisation. A high degree of initiative and the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment is also key.
