An exciting newly created opportunity to join a start-up investment management firm in Central London has arisen. They are looking for a bright, and energetic Finance Manager to join their team. Their rapid expansion means they need a new team player to strengthen the firm. This is an energetic environment, which requires a hard working individual with strong abilities to interact and communicate well with others.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Production of monthly management accounts for a portfolio of construction projects with commentary on performance
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly cash flow forecast
- Preparation of financial statements
- Preparation and submission of VAT and CIS returns.
- Participating at monthly, quarterly and year end closings to ensure timely UK statutory and IFRS.
- Present monthly management packs to the senior leadership

The successful candidate will be ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified or equivalent, and will be degree educated, with other relevant academics. You will have knowledge of IFRS. You will have the ability to be financially, analytically, and organisationally capable. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to all levels of staff is important for this role. A can do attitude with strong experience is a must. The successful candidate will be a well-rounded team player with advanced Excel skills.
