Financial Operations Administrator

My client are a leading specialist lender, they are currently looking for a Financial Operations Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. You will be reporting to the finance operations manager. The role is a hybrid position and based in Ashby

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Loan Processing Manager with:

  • Producing redemption figures.
  • Processing borrower repayments on in house systems.
  • Processing drawdowns on in house systems.
  • Set up and process Direct Debit mandates/collections for borrowers using BottomLine PTX software.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support for the daily reconciliation process.
  • Calculating and processing sweep payments for Institutional lenders.
  • Setting up payments using eQ and NatWest online banking systems.
  • Provide support in BIP/SLF calculations, submissions and queries
  • Support teams within the business with lender and borrower related reporting and queries.

  • Able to work unsupervised or from home.

DESIRABLE

  • Previous work experience in Financial Services industry.
  • GCSE A-C Maths
  • GCSE A-C English
