With the above in mind, our client, a leading Foreign Exchange specialist are looking to recruit a number of FinTech Account Managers. As a result of continued growth and development, our client is looking for innovative and forward thinking individuals who are motivated, ambitious, target driven Account Managers with a disciplined work ethic to join their exciting team. As an experienced sales professional the role will purely be B2B sales and integration with a focus on wining and on-boarding brand-new business

The Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Building a strong sales pipeline to deliver against sales targets by maintaining high levels of daily prospecting activity
  • Keeping accurate records and notes in the company's database
  • Researching and identifying potential clients, identify decision makers as well as negotiating profitable contract with clients to meet revenue targets
  • Developing an understanding of the clients business in order to facilitate the right solutions
  • Delivering and managing clients expectations successfully and establish a solid relationship
  • Working with our Implementation Team throughout the on-boarding of new customers
  • Reviewing financial press daily and staying abreast with FinTech developments as well as looking at ways on how we can continue evolving and improving our platform
  • Becoming a FinTech expert and maintaining an in-depth understanding of our platforms.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experienced in SaaS sales and preferably with a tech background or a passion for it.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets in business development / new business environment
  • Ability to network and sell to CTO's or equivalent.
  • Outgoing and motivated, high energy approach
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication and closing skills
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiating skills to secure profitable contracts
  • Competitive and driven approach but must be a team player
  • A work ethic aligned to proactive outbound calling following up leads to contact avidly
  • To handle inbound enquiries confidently and articulately ensuring the highest level of customer care
