A very prestigious fast-growing digital bank has a new opening for an FP&A Manager. This is a newly created role where you will have a big hand in setting up and running the FP&A processes so this is a great career opportunity. Initially the role will also encompass some more regular financial reporting duties as the team evolves but ultimately will veer much more toward FP&A focussed position. You will need to be a qualified accountant with strong FP&A experience ideally from a financial services industry background.

Job duties:

• Annual budgeting and forecasting
• Business performance analysis
• MI production and presentation to senior management
• Financial Modelling
• Setting up processes and procedures
• Financial and Statutory reporting
• Ad hoc project work

Skills / Experience

• A recognised accountancy qualification
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills advantageous
• Excellent financial analysis experience
• Prior experience, ideally recent, of financial reporting and statutory accounting
• Strong communication
• Experience in a Financial Services business is essential
