My client is a one of the leading Real estate Asset Management firms based in the City currently looking to hire a Finalist level/Newly Qualified Fund Accountant.

Role Responsibilities:

• Financial Control
• Monitor control systems, policies and procedures
• Responsibility for tax compliance for all companies
• Responsible for Real Estate capital management and distributions and analysis of cash requirements
• Manage the cash flow forecasting and analysis and oversight of cash balances
• Oversee budgets, monitor actual results and provide variance analysis
• Develop accounting and NAV reporting

Candidate Requirements:

• Finalist Level/Newly Qualified - ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CA Qualified
• Must be Immediately available/1 week notice
• Must have strong Asset Management/Investment Management experience
• Fund Accountant with NAV's experience
