An exciting opportunity has become available for a Fund Accountant to join a real estate investment manager based in the city. As the role is working alongside a Senior Controller and assisting more junior members of the team you must have Property experience and be a Finalist or Newly Qualified Accountant to be selected for this opportunity.

The role covers the financial management and all accounting for the investments of a property fund. You will support the Senior Finance Managers and respective Fund Managers and have excellent communication and business partnering skills to work closely with the London team.

Responsibilities

• Year end and quarterly reporting
• Monthly pricing and establishing a new fund vehicle
• Preparing timely and accurate Net Assets Values
• Yields and distributions
• Identifying exceptions and problems affecting accounting record
• Write reports periodically to management on Fund activities and other related issues

You will be given the opportunity in the future to progress, therefore the business will only consider you if you are ambitious and looking to develop.

You will also have strong technical skills in GAAPs (UK and European) and gravitas to liaise at all senior levels is essential.
