My client is a fast growing Private Equity firm based in the West-End looking to hire an experienced Fund Controller to join their enthusiastic and fast paced team.

Role responsibilities:

• Managing Fund cash flow requirements
• Completing year-end financial statements
• Month end financial packs
• Preparing Quarterly reports
• Preparing Statutory accounts in line with LPA's
• Managing legal documents
• Monitoring bank accounts
• Arranging payments and transfers through the internet banking system
• Understanding LPA's
• Exposure to Treasury

Candidate requirements:

• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Experience of daily accounting processes
• Keen to take ownership for keys tasks with the fund management process
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work to deadlines and under pressure
