My client is a leading Asset Management firm based in the City looking to recruit a Qualified/Newly Qualified Fund Controller to cover a 12 month Contract.

Role responsibilities:

• Building, maintaining and growing relationships with the business and the Service providers
• Resolving day to day operational issues by the Service provider and internal within the business
• Day to day reviewing of data/reporting received from the Service providers:

1. Portfolio Control
2. Trade flow oversight
3. Asset oversight

• Ensuring service providers SLA are completed
• Participating in the resolution of service provider/issues as required, identify and escalate items where appropriate
• Assisting on pricing for two properly funds administered by the business
• Assist in the business Performance & Risk measurement function
• Assist in the business reporting function - collection of relevant data

Candidate requirements:

• Qualified/Newly Qualified/QBE - 5+ minimum years experience in asset management in an oversight role
• Strong fund asset management knowledge
• Financial statement review and analysis experience
• Ideally immediately available or on 2 week notice period
