A leading international Real Estate investor is looking for a Fund Controller on a contract basis to hit the ground running. You will need to be a fully qualified accountant with significant experience of working in the Real Estate investment industry and on very large funds. You will also need wider skills including investor relations, investor reporting, valuations as well as financial reporting and team management.

Duties will include:

• Production of fund financial statements
• Extensive financial analysis
• Lead the audit the company funds: plan year-end audit; prepare year-end files; liaise with audit team
• Take responsibility for cash and treasury management.
• Oversee junior members of the finance team
• Work closely with the deal on team
