Job description

The Global Talent Partner position is an integral part of the HR team . The Global Talent Partner works with internal stakeholders to build a talent pipeline, coordinates hiring events, and provides recruiting support to fill open positions with high quality talent in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities as Talent Partner

  • Using multiple sourcing channels to resource for high quality candidates in an efficient and cost effective manner
  • Build an effective recruiting strategy that supports global growth
  • Constantly improve recruitment processes based on measurable metrics
  • Establish best in class recruitment metrics and KPIs
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business, the market, our competition, and emerging trends within the talent acquisition market
  • Build relationships with professional organisations to ensure a strategic pipelines of diverse candidates
  • Work with the talent acquisition team and manage team efforts based on company targets
  • Create a united global onboarding experience
  • Initiate activities that enhance employer brand and increase brand awareness.
  • Design and implement networking and sourcing strategies to create a pipeline of talent

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience working in a recruitment role with a focus on direct sourcing
  • Previous experience sourcing for entry to senior level positions
  • Strong candidate delivery/resourcing background
  • Considerable knowledge of resourcing methods
  • Considerable knowledge of applicant tracking systems
