My client is a leading asset management firm currently recruiting for a technically strong Group Reporting Accountant for their fast paced Finance team.

Role responsibilities:

• Analysis of accounting queries under IFRS and US GAAP standards
• Responsible for Group balance sheet
• Liaising with stakeholders,legal teams and HR
• Managing audit relationships, providing assistance when required
• Review legal entities and financial statements
• Prepare and assist in preparing technical accounting papers
• Prepare and review the group balance sheet and relevant commentary pack

Candidate requirements:

• Qualified - ACA/ACCA/CA/CAANZ
• Immediately available/1 week notice
• Ideally have US GAAP knowledge
• Ideally have Financial services industry - Asset management/Private Equity
