An alternative asset management company is recruiting for a Head of Finance. They believe in taking care of their employee's and promoting from within. This role has come around due to expansion in the business. You will report to the Finance Director.

As a Head of Finance you will be responsible for:

• Overall ownership/control of UK private market/public market entities
• Overall management of EMEA monthly close process - responsible for ensuring all EMEA entities are closed in line with global timetable
• Preparation of monthly management packs for UK private market/public market entities:
• Variance analysis on P&L against prior years and budget
• Funding/liquidity planning/analysis
• Calculate and coordinate postings of expense apportionments and recharges to other UK and group affiliate
• Preparation of annual financial statements for UK private market/public market entities (Ltd companies and LLPs) - this includes working with the auditors on audit deliverables to ensure statutory deadlines are met

Experience necessary:

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Ideally PE/ AM experience
• Good communicator.
• Able to manage heavy workload & strict deadlines.
• Experience of managing multiple stakeholders.
• Attention to detail.

This role will look up to pay up to £100,000 as well as offering up to 50% bonus plus a competitive benefits package.
