A surrey based manufactoring company is seeking a fluent German-Speaking Head of Finance. This is a leadership position and responsible for the day to day running of the Finance function.

This is a temp to perm/ permanent positon but with the view of it lasting 12-24 months before moving into another position either in the UK or in another International Office.
This is a broad Head of Finance role managing and developing a medium sized team and encompassing FP&A, Financial Accounting, Management Reporting and Taxation. You will business partner the Managing Director to assist with strategic decision making and driving change and performance.

Key Requirements:
-We are seeking a UK qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) or European equivalent with broad financial experience including strong management reporting experience.
-German language skills are a MUST have requirement and will be combined with excellent English language.
-You will have excellent communication skills with proving experience of influencing at Board level, coaching and developing teams.
