Job description

I am currently looking for a Head of Compensation to manage Executives globally. Experience in this area is a ust, do not bothering applying unless you have global experience with Executives for businesses over 10,000 global employees.

Duties will include for the Head of Compensation but not subject to include,

  • Designing and delivering innovative executive remuneration solutions in complex, international quoted company environments
  • Job Levelling and governance
  • Reporting both in terms of the drafting of the Annual Report and content in the companies external publications for stakeholders and preparing the Personnel Committee papers
  • Hiring and termination processes from developing competitive offers through to negotiation with the executives through to signing of contracts
  • Discussions with candidates and internal stakeholders on compensation matters
