My FS Client, are on the hunt for a talented, strategic HR Manager to join their thriving business
This is a newly created role reporting directly to the Chief Executive reflecting the strategic importance of the people agenda as a key pillar of the strategic plan.
The Role
The job holder will provide advice and support to executives and managers on all aspects of people management including resourcing, performance management, training and development and employee relations. It is a great opportunity for a strong HR generalist looking to head the people function working with senior stakeholders including Board members.
The successful candidate must be CIPD qualified with experience in financial services sector and with a good understanding of the regulatory processes as it relates to the Senior Manager and Certification Regime. As a relatively small organisation in terms of headcount, it is critical that the individual can work at both a strategic and operational level.
