Job description
A fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator to work for this fast growing Fintech company based near Victoria. You will join a busy and dynamic HR Team and support with all of their HR admin needs predominately dealing with starters and leavers
Main duties
- Managing the HR inbox and flagging high priority action points to the team
- Referencing for new starters and external reference requests
- Ensure new starters are compliant with their documents
- Maintain the HR system with internal staff changes and send out contract amendments
- Laise with recruiters and external agencies for contractor documentation
- Raising PO's for the HR team
- Processing leavers, updating Payroll, Finance and Office admin team on attrition weekly for team functionality
- Arranging exit interviews
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 3 months poss perm
Hourly Rate based on 22K / 23K
