Analytical HR Advisor, minimum 5 years experience, up to £65K
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced, Analytical /Generalist HR Advisor to join a Private Equity firm in London.
The HR Advisor will be hardworking and resilient, being a vital member of a small team (2), responsible for up to 65 staff.
A strong positive attitude towards going above and beyond a "typical 9-5 role" is expected, as day to day responsibilities may very likely be side tracked with general "firefighting" tasks that may arise last minute to support the business.
An Analytical HR Advisor, who is strong on systems, including Excel, and able to understand, create and manage MI and financial models.
Whilst being an Analytical Advisor and thinker you will have experience and strong interest in all other generalist HR, and be looking for a challenging role; implementing policies, procedures and transforming HR into an efficient environment.
There is an excess of work, including heavy Administration, getting the HR procedures inline with the new vision and expectation.
The role will include, HR Administration, Comp & Benz - PE Incentive plans, HR Projects, ER, Payroll, Recruitment, , System implementation and L&D.
