Job description
My client a Global Commercial Real Estate company are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. With regional headquarters in London, US & Australia. I am looking for a Tenacious, resilient considered thinker with a common sense approach who is personable & professional.
Day Rate £150-170
Role Purpose:
- To project manage the data and process for key HR activities throughout the year including: promotions, salary reviews, performance management
- A generalist position covering Recruitment, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Performance, Reward and ad hoc projects
- Provides HR Advisory support to the UK&I HRBP business partner team to ensure commercial business objectives are achieved
Providing support to Head of HR and HRBP:
- project managing the data and process for key HR activities throughout the year including: promotions, salary reviews, performance management
- Ensuring Workday data accurately reflects the business and that each person sits in the correct revenue generating team and splits are captured and updated
- Liaising with data analytics team to provide accurate monthly reporting on headcount, attrition and other data required by the business
- Managing the attrition tracker and liaising with finance to ensure accurate monthly reporting
Employee Relations
- Providing support on disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability or conflict resolution
- Contributing to the content of local HR Policies and liaising with shared services
- Providing support on any restructuring, integration, mergers, redundancy activity in the business, advising on HR matters in accordance with relevant legislation
- Ensuring all people related activity is legally fully compliant
Reward & Recognition
- Supporting/implementing the Reward strategy acting as point of liaison for project management of the salary/bonus review data in UK&I
- Being accountable for the promotion tracker and compensation recommendations
Resourcing
- Supporting the recruitment process with data gathering for approvals to hire, development of role profiles and interviewing with business leads
- Supporting the weekly UK&I PAF approvals process
Performance Management-
- Supporting the drive and implementation of a high performance culture, including talent management and succession planning processes
- Coaching Managers on capability issues and delivery of people communications, managing expectations and how to manage performance
You will also be Providing support to Head of HR and HRBP for UK&I projects such as diversity & inclusion, grade mapping, policy alignment
Qualifications:
Degree level educated or equivalent
Experience of working with a matrix structure
CIPD qualified would be an advantage
Intermediate/Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
