HR Advisor - 12 MONTH FTC

My client a global Investment bank are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team on a 12 month FTC Day Rate £200-250

The Client:

• 
  As an HR Advisor, you will undertake a wide-ranging HR Generalist role, supporting those select Line Managers across all Divisions and Functions who are entitled to access the HR Advisor Desk.
• 
  You will report to the HR Advisor Desk Head - UK.
• 
  You will demonstrate and develop your HR expertise by providing advice, routing or execution of key HR processes including- talent management, performance management, annual compensation and promotion processes.
• 
  You will partner with the Dedicated HR Business Partners in relation to UK and Global strategic projects (e.g. insourcing and outsourcing projects, diversity initiatives).
• 
  You will provide Line Managers with initial ER Advice and, where appropriate, route them to the ER Advisor Desk.
• 
  The chance to work closely with HR colleagues (global and regional HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, HR Subject Matter Experts, HR Service Centre) and Employment Law.

The Candidate:

• 
  Previous HR generalist experience is key.
• 
  Up to date knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS guidelines.
• 
  Knowledge of the UK regulatory environment in financial services preferable.
• 
  Experience within the financial markets preferable.
• 
  Ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting priorities under pressure.
• 
  Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• 
  Ability to quickly build and maintain strong client relationships with senior stakeholders.
