My Client a Global Retail Firm are looking for a HR Advisor EMEA to join their team.
I'm looking for someone Innovative & extremely motivated who is 'business savvy' & commercially minded.
This role will provide a link between the global and EMEA HR teams- you will look after 1 direct report an Administrator.
Based in their London Head office the HR Advisor will report directly into the senior HR Manager to provide professional support to the business.
I am looking for candidates who are CIPD Qualified having had experience within a Luxury Retail brand with excellent attention to detail & able to work under pressure also having exposure to managing.
Duties:

  • Act as a main point of contact for employees within the relevant client groups, handling general employment enquiries.
  • Ensure all employee relations issues are recorded and logged ensuring full and comprehensive case files are maintained in all instances. Monitor all retail management probationary reviews are completed within the correct timeframe. Whilst supporting with any ad hoc duties required by Senior Hr Manager
  • Oversee employment contracts for both retail management and head office are completed promptly and accurately as per the terms agreed.
  • Ensuring all the correct right to work documentation is maintained, conducting regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance
  • Coach Managers through appraisal reviews
  • Work with HR on realistic objectives for employees
  • Working with the wider HR team & senior stakeholders on budgeting process and reforecasting of the retail group
  • Work closely with the HR Manager, Global to ensure joined-up activities between the EMEA and Global teams.
  • Run reports when required
  • Support the wider HR team in the implementation of talent and development strategies
  • Work in collaboration with the HR Administrator EMEA to ensure efficient onboarding process
  • Provide advice on immigration and visa queries.
  • In conjunction with the HR Administrator, EMEA, ensure employee files are kept up to date and audited on a regular basis
  • Able to work under pressure and meet the needs of a demanding and ever changing/growing business
