Job description

An exciting opportunity has become available working as a HR & Talent Coordinator for a large FMCG company.

This is a hybrid role of 4 days in the office per week.

The purpose of the role is to find the right people, realise their talents and retain them. You will be responsible for ensuring a first-class experience, responsible for providing a full employee lifecycle and payroll administrative support throughout the business.

The ideal person will be passionate about giving people the best experience, have strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail with a strong desire to learn.

Responsibilities

Talent

  • Work closely with the Talent Manager to support on all recruitment administration and system maintenance.
  • Screen CVs and share relevant profiles with hiring managers
  • Manage the recruitment inbox and provide interview support when required.

Employee lifecycle

  • Responsible for all department administration including issuing employment contracts, maintaining employees' files, manage benefits administration and completing company references.
  • Manage all new starters and leavers processes and administration including inductions, assisting with onboarding etc.

Projects

  • Manage the yearly intern programme in partnership with the talent manager and be responsible for administration including internship job requests, posting vacancies, communicating to hiring managers and issuing contracts.
  • Support the recruitment of the bi-annual Graduate scheme. Responsible for managing the recruitment campaign, managing the assessment day, and shortlisting candidates for the scheme.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in administrative duties within HR.
  • Experience working within recruitment/talent coordination in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask on multiple vacancies.

This is a permanent, full-time position, paying roughly £35,000 per annum with bonuses and company benefits on top.
