Our Financial Services client are recruiting for a HR Assistant with varied experience across HR support. Strong attention to detail and confidentiality is key for this position.
You will support a team of HR professionals, taking responsibility for, (but not limited to);
HR Administration; drafting contracts, on-boarding new starters, processing leavers, tracking employee changes and payroll inputting
Maintaining employee files, ensuring GDPR and Data protection Act compliance
HR System maintenance
Ensure the HR procedures manual is kept up to date
Efficiently take minute taking notes in formal hearings and other confidential meetings
Co-ordination of weekly HR meetings including agenda preparation
PA to HR Director
