I URGENTLY require a HR Business Partner to join a global professional Services business operating out of Berkshire. This is a Hybrid role promoting flexible working too... but the HR Business Partner will also be required to visit other offices. The HR Business Partner will provide strategic support for all aspects of management for multiple functions across UK offices for all employees.

The HR Business Partner will play a key role in orchestrating and facilitating changes to organizational culture, design and structure. To achieve this the HR Business Partner will need to design and execute people strategies, with a focus on key topics such as diversity and inclusion, succession planning.
