I am looking for immediately available candidates for an IT consultancy based in the City - £30-35,000
Calling all experienced HR Coordinator's to join the head office in London and work in a small team of HR & recruitment experts. This role is responsible for supporting the development and co-ordination of all aspects of HR.
Role Description

  • Contribute to the coordination and delivery of the UK people strategy
  • Preparation of terms and conditions of employment for both permanent and contract hire
  • Coordinate our learning and development strategy for all permanent employees.
  • Support the effective development, review and introduction of all people policies, to ensure legal compliance and meet business requirements.
  • Contribute to the delivery of an effective and comprehensive employee engagement and well-being strategy
  • Responsible for developing an internal communications plan for the business
  • Develop a graduate attraction strategy, including engagement with key universities, brand awareness, social media, job fairs and events.
  • Work alongside our recruitment team to enhance our employee brand strategy to attract and retain both graduate and experienced hires
  • Identify current trends in employment benefits/strategies to ensure that we are an employer of choice from a permanent and contracting perspective.
  • Working with the team to develop their wider HR skills to undertake key projects, including ensuring seamless on-boarding activities
  • Assist line managers manage any employee relations issues


Skills Required

  • Suitable for a HR Graduate with 1-2 years professional experience, previous experience of working in a consultancy desirable
  • Excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, organization and time management skills.
  • Highly motivated with passion to coach and mentor a junior team
  • Good stakeholder management skills and ability to set expectations with hiring manager and candidates to support the process.
