HR Coordinator | City of London | Circa £30K

My Client are a Global IT Consultancy with over 5 offices internationally, who are on the hunt for a talented HR Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role

• We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our London office and work in a small team of HR & recruitment experts.
• This role is responsible for supporting the development and co-ordination of all aspects of HR.
• Support the effective development, review and introduction of all people policies, to ensure legal compliance and meet business requirements.

The Candidate

• Suitable for a HR Graduate with 1-2 years professional experience, previous experience of working in a consultancy desirable
• Excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate
