HR MANAGER INTERIM £250 DAY RATE

My client a Global Retail Business are looking for a HR Manager to join there team on a temporary basis

This Retail brand organisation are leaders in their market and due to their continued success are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for the HR Manager to oversee the recruiting, interviewing and hiring of new staff; consult with top executives on strategic planning; and serve as a link between an organisation's management and its employees.

You will need to demonstrate solid experience of operating across the entire generalist remit to include, high volume employee relation case work, sickness absence and attendance, recruitment, training and development, employee engagement, preparing of payroll and budget management.
