HR Manager (FTC) - West End Oxford Street

The Role


To work with the HR Director and wider HR team to deliver a commercial, business aligned HR strategy and provide a generalist HR service to the Head Office & Retail functions. To deliver high levels of service, to ensure that people with skills essential to the success of the business are recruited, developed, retained and able to fulfil their potential.

Duties include:

  • Develop recruitment, attraction and selection tools as well as policies and practices within the Brand to enhance candidate experience and reduce recruitment spend
  • Attend all final stage interviews for Head Office
  • Develop the approach to Head office employee engagement through measures to attract, retain and develop, helping our people be the best they can be
  • Provide advice and guidance to line management on policies and procedures
  • Support/Coach on employee relations matters
  • Understand and present the commercial and cost implications of activity
  • Understand the ongoing needs of the various populations in Head Office and Retail, ensuring T&D plans support the development and direction of the business
  • Create, design and deliver a variety of T&D solutions with the Group Talent Development team, e.g. Development Days, coaching and workshops in order to target specific needs
  • Build strong relationships with the HO and Retail teams, generating a network of contacts throughout the business and involving them in the design and delivery of HR activity
  • Line manage the Senior HR Officer and HR Assistant, supporting, coaching and feeding back to develop their performance

  • London based role but willing to travel across the UK & Ireland with overnight stays as appropriate
