My client, a London-based Asset Manager are looking for a hands-on, operational generalist HR Manager.

The HR Manager will work closely with the HR team in its day to day operational function, projects and new initiatives, developing strong business relationships with all levels of staff, senior management and key stakeholders.

This role will suit someone with 5+ years HR Advisory experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

• ER
• Comp & Benz
• Projects

Preferable experience:

• CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent.
• Experience in Financial Services/Professional Services
