Job description

Our client who are a Global currency account provider are looking to hire a HR Officer to report into the HR Manager, this is a newly created opportunity which is an incredibly progressive position, with a rare opportunity to grow with the company and evolve over the next 12-months. An autonomous role, the right candidate will have a start-up mentality. This is a 100% remote role initially.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the HR Manager with all HR projects as part of the overall HR strategy
  • Assist with the maintenance and continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
  • Assist with the update and maintain country-specific HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure efficient, timely and appropriate administration and communication across the business
  • Maintain confidentiality and security across all HR processes, policies and systems
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to resolve sensitive workplace matters, providing help with employee performance and conduct issues
  • Aid in retrieving HR documentation like certificates, references
  • Support the onboarding and off-boarding of employees where necessary
  • Lead data driven reporting to inform and influence HR strategic initiatives
  • Assist and monitor payroll across various regions
  • Assist with the day to day recruitment / talent requirements

Requirements

  • CIPD qualification
  • University educated
  • 2+ years previous HR experience
  • Previous FinTech/start-up experience preferable
  • Experience within financial services
