Job description
An exciting opportunity for an experience HR Officer / Advisor to join this large membership association based in the City
You will provide advice and support to managers and staff members. Working in a generalist role dealing with recruitment, organising and carrying out the induction process for new starters and answering queries on the company's policies and procedures etc.
Reporting to the HR Manager you will also support with the organisation of training and development, employee relations issues, performance management and administering the benefits package, team engagement activities and rollout of new HR and company initiatives.
Skills and Experience:
* To have or to be working towards CIPD Level 5 Cert.
* Previous HR experience is essential.
* Excellent organisational and strong communication skills
* Experience to co-ordinate complex diary arrangements and resources.
* Ability to liaise confidently with external suppliers and candidates.
* A self-starter and pro-active in approach to work.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience in dealing with managers and staff at all levels
Start Date: Tuesday 28th August
Salary: Hourly rate equivalent up to £30K
