Internal Tech Recruiter, working for a large global brand
A little more about the role:
We are seeking an experienced in-house recruiter who has good experience of recruiting in the Technology Space.
This role requires an individual contributor who is professional, results-driven, exceptionally organised and strong at engaging and communication as you will often be the first point of call for future employees of the business, Recruitment within this company is often busy so you need to be able to work at a fast-pace and deliver excellent results in short time frames. You will need to be able to attract and engage with the best talent to enable the business to meet its objective.
Purpose of the Role:
As a Internal Recruiter the main purpose of the role is to successfully manage all permanent, contract and temporary recruitment for your internal stakeholders. Responsible for full-lifecycle recruitment including resource planning, talent attraction, channel management, candidate introduction and tracking through to salary negotiation and offer process.
Key Skills Required:
Significant in-house recruitment experience across the full end to end lifecycle of recruitment, preferably with a large multinational organisation, recruiting for highly specialist technical roles.
Experience in IT / high-tech industries
Must have strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent interviewing skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
Good analytical and creative thinking skills, a proven ability to think laterally to solve problems and to communicate ideas well
A very high level of presentation, communication and planning skills
Ability to work in a highly demanding team environment with the flexibility to respond as required to request and deadlines
