An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional graduate looking for their first step into finance.

The role will support the commercial team in investor reporting, deployment of funds and the development of the investment products.

This is a entry level role in an industry-leading commercial team, offering the opportunity for a committed candidate to develop a long-term career within a unique organisation.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the commercial team in fund management from tracking performance of projects undertaken to management and resolution of investor queries
• Assisting the commercial team in transactional modelling in assessing and closing deals across various funds
• Supporting the the commercial team with deal assessment, monitoring deal progress and assisting with the final funding and FXing of deals
• Monitoring revenue collections for previous closed deals to ensure that all monies due are received in on a timely basis
• Maintaining and updating performance analysis
• Assist with the management of investor interaction
• Producing reports of individual investments based on market analysis and performance forecasting
• Assist in the production of returns forecasting and cash flow projections
• Taking ownership of key tracking tools which support the commercial team
• General business support of the division and its products

Requirements

• Excellent academics; 2:1 or above from university (Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Business related)
• Strong A levels
• Previous experience or internships within a Financial Services or Professional Services advantageous
• Attention to detail, highly literate and numerate
• Strong written, and verbal, communication skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to work independently, to show initiative and to prioritise and balance work streams to meet transactional deadlines
• Creative and enthusiastic approach with an aptitude for complex conceptual thinking
