Job description

Leading Recruitment business based in Essex, have a great opportunity for a L&D driven professional to join the HR team.

The role has a great progression plan for someone to start as L&D Coordinator / Officer to progress to Manager.

£25K + bonus

Adhoc travel required to Midlands

  • Main point of contact for all L&D
  • Work with People Manager to develop and implement inhouse L&D programmes
  • Maintain accurate data and information on HRIS, reporting
  • Schedule and produce the annual training programmes to meet the business' core objectives and in line with the yearly training budget
  • Develop and implement a full apprentice 'academy'
  • Create, develop and maintain personal development and training plans for all employees
  • Work with the People Manager to identify areas for improvement to services and processes, and to continually develop new and innovative ways of working.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify training needs within the business
