Job description


My client, a large Media business are looking for a Learning Administrator. They are looking for someone who is Efficient, highly organised and passionate about HR in general, you'll support administration in a complex learning and development environment. By taking the initiative on not only your daily tasks but also connecting the dots to the bigger picture you are looking forward to being part of a dynamic learning team.


As a Learning Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for the administration required to track, manage and deliver their UK & Ireland training programmes, You will work as part of a centre of expertise in a team with 40+ members delivering world class training solutions for multiple stakeholders around the globe. You will also ensure all systems and manual processing is accurate and timely, meeting data integrity requirements and audits.


They are looking for an experienced learning administrator with a proven track record in learning administration skills, you have an exceptional attention to detail, outstanding organisational skills with sound ability to prioritise workload and excellent Microsoft Office skills including excel pivot tables and SharePoint and have previously worked with a learning management system. You are able to build strong, trustworthy relationships with clients, vendors and colleagues, your confident communication skills will enable you to engage with different people and support the team.
