I am currently working with a leading Global Real Estate business based in the City of London. They are seeking an aspiring part qualified Management Accountant who pays great attention to detail to join the existing team. The role is fast paced and offers the potential to progress through to Senior Management Accountant and eventually the Financial Controller.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and timely production of monthly management accounts
• Take responsibility for a variety of balance sheet / P&L areas
• Prepare board papers and sales & management packs
• Review the accuracy and completeness of payment runs
• Production of internal VAT return
• Become involved in a variety of ad-hoc work.
• Stock & WIP
• Fixed assets
• Cash and banking
• Accruals / provisions

Requirements

• Degree Educated (2:1 and above)
• ACCA/CIMA Finalist with one or two exams remaining
• More than 2 years accountancy experience
• Excel Savvy
• To be able to build and maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues
• Able to handle strict deadlines
• Motivated with a 'can do' attitude
• Takes responsibilities for personal improvement
