A successful global investment company are seeking a qualified Accountant to join their London based office. The position is to go on for 12 months with a strong chance of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the group statutory financial reporting
• Responsibility for ensuring the integrity of the Balance Sheet and any Balance sheet Commentary. Completion of all balance sheet reconciliations each month, with a proactive resolution of any issues within them
• Annual budgeting duties
• Fixed asset register maintenance, reconciliation and monthly posting of depreciation
• Continually develop reporting and analysis to improve visibility of results/performance
• Ad hoc projects

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified ACA Accountant or equivalent
• Communicate confidently with accountants and non-accountants
• Must be detail conscious and methodical in approach
• Able to make thorough decisions when needed
