KennedyPearce are hiring a Results-driven qualified Management Accountant with extensive experience managing financial reporting, month-end close, compliance, cash flow analysis, and stakeholder management within fast-paced commercial environments. This role is 4 days a week in the office.

The Management Accountant:

Financial Reporting & Accounting

• Managed end-to-end month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepared management accounts, financial commentary, cash flow reporting, and executive management packs.
• Maintained general ledger integrity through reconciliations, accruals, provisions, journal postings, and balance sheet reviews.
• Supported the preparation of statutory financial statements and audit requirements.
• Ensured compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate governance frameworks, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).

• Delivered accurate P&L and balance sheet reporting while maintaining adherence to accounting policies and reporting deadlines.
• Partnered with internal and external auditors, coordinating audits and resolving financial queries efficiently.
• Managed approval processes, financial controls, and payment governance to ensure operational and regulatory compliance.

• Produced insightful financial analysis and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Developed and enhanced analytical methodologies to improve financial visibility and operational performance.
• Leveraged business data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Delivered ad hoc financial modelling, reporting, and analysis for senior stakeholders.

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified.
• Comfortable operating in dynamic, high-growth, and fast-moving environments.
• SAP.
• Hyperion.
• Experience working with ERP systems and bespoke financial applications.
