Job description

Our client, a Global Asset Management firm are looking to recruit a Middle Office Associate. The position sits within the Middle Office & Business Projects department who are responsible for monitoring the all aspects of performance and risk, and production of reports on these topics, data management, managing and monitoring a process of new client take on processes, producing client reports and to assure and improve data quality control from all database systems including prices, security setup and benchmark data.

The main purpose of this position is to report on and produce fund performance, Performance Attribution and risk data both for marketing and front office and producing client reports and ensure the quality of core data. To support the GIPS verification. To perform any ad hoc jobs as required. Reporting to Director.

Main responsibilities will include;

  • Responsible for the production of TWR, attribution and risk analysis for equity, fixed income and other AMOI products.
  • Monitoring the all aspects of performance and risk, and production of reports on these topics
  • Data management
  • To generate and implement ideas for improvements to all business processes
  • Managing and monitoring a process of new client take on processes
  • Producing client reports
  • To assure and improve data quality control from all database systems including prices, security setup and benchmark data
  • To report on and produce fund performance, Performance Attribution and risk data both for marketing and front office and producing client reports and ensure the quality of core data.
  • To support the GIPS verification.
  • To perform any ad hoc jobs as required. Reporting to Director
