Our client, a prestigious FX company based in the City are looking to recruit a MSB Compliance Officer to join their rapidly expanding London office.

Main responsibilities will include;

• Conducting AML due diligence site visits and discussion calls with potential clients
• Writing detailed reports containing all audit findings
• Evaluate business activities to access Compliance risk and categorise in accordance with Co. policy
• On-going client monitoring including conducting periodic AML reviews on all existing clients including annual file reviews
• Be the first port of call for any MSB queries from clients/Sales/Dealer
• department
• On-going compliance tasks including, keeping abreast of all regulatory developments
• Account maintenance and administration
• Updating operating procedures (with a view to assisting the design and implementation of procedures in relation to FXDB2)
• Performing money laundering checks and the approval of documentation
• Daily transactional monitoring for all MSB clients
• Ensure that any suspicious transactions or behaviour is reported directly to the MLRO

To be considered for this position, ideal candidates must have previous experience with money service businesses and their related AML, good all round AML knowledge including corporate structures and flow of funds and transactional monitoring experience.
