Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist

Location: London

Job Purpose:

The main purpose of this role is to generate sales leads for ICE data services product sets in our core target area. This will primarily be driven through the execution of campaigns, proactive response to inbound leads and cold calling of both existing clients and prospects. Through a warm handover process, leads will then need to be passed on to the relevant sales person for completion.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generate sales leads for the team
  • Initiates phone and mail campaigns
  • Develop sales skills and product knowledge
  • Set sales and account review meetings for sales team
  • Assists in the gathering of Client data and information
  • Accurately record activities and customer information in Salesforce
  • Provide sales support to the team when required
  • Provides updates of key sales activity to Sales Management
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, product instruction and sales process training
  • Achieve a strong competency in all needed databases, tools, systems and processes

Knowledge and Experience

  • Degree educated or equivalent experience
  • An interest in developing a sales career in Financial Services
  • Strong business acumen, with high initiative and goal orientated
  • Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Must have the ability to build & develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationships
  • Good attention to detail
  • Solid computer and software literacy
  • Previous sales internship in a similar environment or role is preferred but not essential
