A superb opportunity to join a Property Investment Manager. You will be working in a varied role that involves accounting and commercial aspects for a new fund. The role requires you to have Audit experience and be newly qualified in ACA or ACCA. Big 4, Top 10 and SME practices all considered.

You must be ambitious and motivated to work for a Property IM business with an excellent reputation. You will need to learn quickly and be a proactive team member.

You will play an important role in value-add tasks such as acquisition structuring and implementation, establishing robust and efficient processes, formulating hedging and cash flow management policies, managing internal and external client relationships and negotiating debt and monitoring the associated compliance and covenants.

The position will assist with the Fund's quarterly consolidation under IFRS, review quarterly finance packs prepared by external service providers and participate in the production of Quarterly investment reports to investors.

You will also assist in the year-end audit process and support with the preparation, review and filing of annual statutory financial statements under local GAAP.
