My client is a leading Real Estate Asset Management firm based in the West -End. They are currently looking for a Newly Qualified Fund Accountant/Financial Accountant to join their team as they are currently going through an expansion project.

Role responsibilities:

• Operationally dealing with Financial and Investor reporting requirements and assisting with the co-investment funds
• Working towards tight deadlines when fund transactions are closing
• Project management work, managing multiple parties and deadlines
• Leading quarterly presentation of the accounts to the board
• Forming and maintaining strong relationships with administrators

Candidate requirements:

• Newly Qualified- 1 year Post Qualified - ACA/CA
• Must have Real estate, Fund or Private Equity experience
• Immediately available/1 week notice
