Office Administrator | £35,000 | West London
My Client, a multi-boutique Investment firm with specialist fund managers are on the hunt for a corporate, experienced Office Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Client
A successful Australian based multi-boutique Investment firm, who offer flexible working, subsidised lunches and a range of benefits from a global footprint are looking for a diligent, hands-on and driven Office Administrator to join their team of 20 permanently.
The Role
Reporting in to the Finance Manager, this is an exciting role for someone with a solid administrative background/strong front of house experience.
- To provide reception duties and switchboard operation
- Greeting clients servicing the meeting rooms including preparing refreshments for guests
- Responsibility for the office environment including liaison with the building maintenance team to ensure the office is maintained to a high standard
- Managing meeting room and individual team calendars
- Booking travel, generating itineraries and managing employee expenses
- Maintaining and ordering as appropriate all stationery, office and kitchen supplies
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills with solid administration experience in a corporate, fast-paced environment. You must have experience of working well with a wide range of different stakeholders.
