Fast-growing, global Software company based in Leatherhead are looking for an office/team administrator with working knowledge of Salesforce.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders i.e. Sales Team and Customers
- Reviewing all customer orders, ensuring they are fully compliant with internal and legal T&Cs and that the orders are fully documented by the Sales team.
- Managing the delivery of the products through portal and by sending physical hardware
- Answering internal ordering issues raised by the sales team through the bookings help-desk
- Ensuring correct recording and reporting of the delivery of services (Advisory/Consultancy etc)
- Completing online portals & new supplier forms
- Data entry into Salesforce
- Contract administration for back office
- Supporting Account Managers
