Job description

Our client who are a Global Asset Management firm are looking to hire an experience Office Manager based in Berlin.

This is a hands on Office manager role so we are looking for someone that thrives under pressure and always looking to offer a top customer experience.

As Office Manager you will:

    • Be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, suppliers coming into the office and welcoming them at the front desk
    • Manage facilities and the inventory of office supplies, liaise with vendors
    • Be responsible for and manage daily mail and packages, physical and digital
    • Manage the payment process & invoices
    • Manage record-keeping and filing systems, both physical and digital
    • Document and implement office procedures and protocols in accordance with organizational policies
    • Coordinate with internal and external facilities representatives for office maintenance services and requests
    • Manage office moves and health and safety
    • Manage calendars, travel and expenses for the senior leaders

What we are looking for:

    • Previous experience in a similar position ideally office and or facilities management
    • Fluent English language skills, German strong benefit
    • Good ability to manage multiple priorities and provide a great experience for those visiting the office
