Job description
My Global Client, a vibrant Marketing firm based in the West End are looking for a diligent, proactive Office Manager with a hands-on approach to join their friendly team on a temporary basis. £15-20 per hour
The ideal candidate will need to have had some previous administrative experience, ideally in an office management role.
Duties
- Covering reception, answering the phone and greeting all visitors
- Supporting the regional VP with travel arrangements, booking and catering
- Supporting all employees with general administration
- Event Management
- Supporting finance tasks such as data collection and filing
- HR related duties such as holidays and registrations
Skills/Experience
- Administration/ Office Management/ HR/ PA experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Fast learner, organised and able to multitask
- Available immediately
- Strong problem solving skills
- Professional and well presented
