Job description

My Global Client, a vibrant Marketing firm based in the West End are looking for a diligent, proactive Office Manager with a hands-on approach to join their friendly team on a temporary basis. £15-20 per hour

The ideal candidate will need to have had some previous administrative experience, ideally in an office management role.


Duties

  • Covering reception, answering the phone and greeting all visitors
  • Supporting the regional VP with travel arrangements, booking and catering
  • Supporting all employees with general administration
  • Event Management
  • Supporting finance tasks such as data collection and filing
  • HR related duties such as holidays and registrations


Skills/Experience

  • Administration/ Office Management/ HR/ PA experience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Fast learner, organised and able to multitask
  • Available immediately
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Professional and well presented
