My Client, a market leading technology and trading recruitment firm are looking for a permanent Office Manager / EA to Founders to join their team, based in the City of London.
We are looking for a well-rounded, results driven individual to help streamline company operations and automate the day to day running of our business.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a busy, corporate role.
Circa £30,00-£35,000.

  • Working alongside the partners, you will create the framework which will help to ensure the smooth running of the business.
  • Helping the firm with its compliance obligations; working with the partners to create robust policies and processes and rolling out team training on these new policies and updates.
  • Helping with the onboarding of new clients and the related compliance processes.
  • Day to day management of company operational relationships.
  • Helping to manage monthly payroll and business expenses, including supplier accounts.
  • Liaising with staff and being solely responsible for all office management to ensure they have everything they need to be working effectively.
  • Leading physical projects such as IT infrastructure updates, office furnishing, office moves, refurbishment projects, etc.
  • Creating strong working relationships with the company's suppliers and systems management companies.
  • Help drive the marketing of the company brand.
