An excellent opportunity for a Team Admin / Operations Assistant to work for this small friendly Professional Services London Office of this Global company, based in central London

You will report into the Office Manager and be the main (central) point of contact. Providing admin and client services support. Also assisting the busy MD in organising lunches / diaries / meeting / client events and documentation etc

This is a busy office where they will require someone to be very proactive and happy to multitask with a "Can do Attitude"

Duties will include:-

  • To meet and greet clients and visitors
  • Answer the phone in a clear telephone manner and take messages if applicable
  • Ensure meeting rooms are set up as required offering guests refreshments on arrival
  • Update and maintain casework / spreadsheets.
  • Update and maintain client database
  • Write letters / legal contract to clients
  • General office admin duties
  • Be the point of contact for office maintenance i.e. ordering water, procurement, travel arrangements, printer cartridges etc. Must be able to take phone calls so needs to be good on the phone
  • Support other staff members with office tech/IT issues and take ownership by liaising with 3rd parties until resolve

The ideal candidate will have:-

  • Good level of education preferably to Degree or equivalent
  • Excellent standard of English (both written / spoken) with the ability to correspond to clients in a professional and business like manner
  • A proactive approach and likes to work in a busy and varied position
  • Good Microsoft skills
  • Min 1/2 years office admin experience

This position is to commence for a handover at the beginning of August
Equivalent salary of £25/£26K
To commence on a temporary basis (with a possibility that this role could go temp to perm)
